- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The business only line is not available anymore- don't try to pop in on your lunch break. The new branch manager treated me like I was an annoyance when I tried to go to where the business only line used to be. She also rudely asked where I worked and then told me I was the only person from my company who had a problem with it. I've had a personal account at this bank for 20 years and have a small business account at this bank not to mention the national company I work for uses Wells Fargo for banking. She wouldn't know because she was only interested in making me feel like an annoying customer. She even suggested that I go to another branch if I didn't like waiting in long lines for my lunch break. Thanks for making me feel like I matter!By Lisa L., September 15, 2017
